Governors
Our Governing body are a group of people who volunteer their time to support the strategic running of the school.
They work with the Headteacher and leadership team to ensure the highest of standards of education are delivered to all the children in a safe, inclusive environment.
The board is made up of parents, staff, community, local authority and associate governors who work together to ensure that there is diversity of views, skills and experience at each meeting.
There are six full governing body meetings each year and governors review policies on a rolling programme. Governors also visit the school once per term as a whole board and then arrange additional visits linked to their area of responsibility. A register is held for these visits and the reports from these visits are tabled at Full Governing Body meetings.
